Accident Leave. In the case of accidents which occur to faculty during the working hours and/or while they are carrying out professional responsibilities, the District agrees to maintain maximum allowable coverage under current provisions of workmen's compensation legislation. The District further agrees to review each such accident case on an individual basis with the possibility of providing an uninterrupted salary for the faculty involved. The District shall provide necessary information and forms to the faculty who is filing a claim under the Workers' Compensation Act.
