Access to DG Facility. Applicant shall permit (and, if the land on which the DG Facility is located is not owned by Applicant, cause such land owner to permit) Public Utility's employees and agents to enter the property on which the DG Facility is located at any reasonable time for the purposes of inspecting and/or testing Applicant's DG Facility to insure its continued safe and satisfactory operation and the accuracy of Public Utility's meters. Such inspections shall not relieve Applicant from its obligation to maintain the DG Facility and any related equipment owned by Applicant in safe and satisfactory operating condition. Public Utility shall have the right to witness any testing by Applicant of the DG Facility.

Access to DG Facility. Applicant shall permit DISCO's employees and agents to enter the property on which the DG Facility is located at any reasonable time for the purposes of inspecting and/or testing Applicant's DG Facility to ensure its continued safe and satisfactory operation and the accuracy of DISCO meters. Such inspections shall not relieve Applicant from its obligation to maintain the DG Facility and any related equipment owned by Applicant in safe and satisfactory operating conditions. DISCO shall have the right to witness any testing by Applicant of the DG Facility.

Access to DG Facility. Member shall permit (and, if the land on which the DG Facility is located is not owned by Member cause such land owner to permit) Xxxx-Xxxxxxx'x employees and agents to enter the property on which the DG Facility is located at any reasonable time for the purposes of inspecting and/or testing Member's DG Facility to insure its continued safe and satisfactory operation and the accuracy of Xxxx-Xxxxxxx'x meters. Such inspections shall not relieve Member from its obligation to maintain the DG Facility and any related equipment owned by Member in safe and satisfactory operating condition. Xxxx-Xxxxxxx shall have the right to witness any testing by Member of the DG Facility.

CVEC shall have the right to witness any testing by Member of the DG Facility.

  • Access to Facilities Each of the Company and each of its Subsidiaries will permit any representatives designated by the Purchaser (or any successor of the Purchaser), upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours, at such person's expense and accompanied by a representative of the Company, to:

  • Access to Site 3.05.1 Contractor may enter and leave the premises at all reasonable times without charge. Contractor and its employees may use the common areas and roadways of the premises where it is to perform the services together with all facilities, equipment, improvements, and services provided in connection with the premises for common use. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.
