Satisfactory Operation definition

Satisfactory Operation means that the available data demonstrates that the Spacecraft meets all of the requirements in Annex B, entitled Technical Specifications and Operational Requirements.
Satisfactory Operation means that the Satellite is in conformance with the requirements set forth in Exhibit B Satellite Performance Specification to this Contract, taking into account tolerances for measurement accuracy; provided, however, that any failure of the satellite to meet the performance specified in said Exhibit which is capable of being corrected by switching to one redundant unit in the Satellite within 30 minutes after said failure is discovered, shall not be deemed as causing nonconformance to said Exhibit. SS/L-TP93002-01 Amendment 16
