Access of Database. Each Member in good standing is entitled to unlimited access to the Database, subject to Maximum Daily Inquiries set forth in that Member’s Access Agreement. Access of the Database is offered through the use of internet access only and a Member is required to use the password designated to its account. Unauthorized access or use of an account that is not designated to the Member is grounds for termination of Membership.
