MLS Database Clause Samples

The MLS Database clause defines the rules and permissions regarding the use, access, and management of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database within a real estate transaction or agreement. It typically outlines who is authorized to input, modify, or retrieve property listing information, and may specify restrictions on data sharing or usage to protect proprietary information. This clause ensures that all parties understand their rights and obligations concerning the MLS data, thereby promoting data integrity, compliance with MLS policies, and reducing the risk of unauthorized use or disclosure.
