Acceptance Walk Through. ALEC Inc., will schedule and complete an acceptance walk through of each Collocation Space with BellSouth within fifteen (15) days of BellSouth’s notifying ALEC Inc., that the collocation space is ready for occupancy. BellSouth will correct any deviations to ALEC Inc.,’s original or jointly amended requirements within seven (7) calendar days after the walk through, unless the Parties jointly agree upon a different time frame.
Acceptance Walk Through. WebShoppe will schedule and complete an acceptance walkthrough of each Collocation Space with BellSouth within fifteen (15) days of BellSouth’s notifying WebShoppe that the collocation space is ready for occupancy. In the event that WebShoppe fails to complete an acceptance walkthrough within this fifteen (15) day interval, the Collocation Space shall be deemed accepted by WebShoppe. BellSouth will correct any deviations to WebShoppe’s original or jointly amended requirements within seven (7) calendar days after the walk through, unless the Parties jointly agree upon a different time frame.
Acceptance Walk Through. PTLLC will schedule and complete an acceptance walkthrough of new or additional provisioned Collocation Space with BellSouth within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Space Ready Date. BellSouth will correct any identified deviations from PTLLC’s original or jointly amended application within seven (7) calendar days after the walkthrough, unless the Parties mutually agree upon a different time frame. BellSouth will then establish a new Space Ready Date. Another acceptance walkthrough will be scheduled and conducted within fifteen (15) calendar days of the new Space Ready Date. This follow-up acceptance walkthrough will be limited to only those deviations identified in the initial walkthrough. If PTLLC completes its acceptance walkthrough within the fifteen (15) calendar day interval associated with the new Space Ready Date, billing will begin upon the date of PTLLC’s acceptance of the Collocation Space (Space Acceptance Date). In the event PTLLC fails to complete an acceptance walkthrough within the fifteen (15) calendar day interval associated with the applicable Space Ready Date, the Collocation Space shall be deemed accepted by PTLLC on the Space Ready Date and billing will commence from that date.
Acceptance Walk Through. CLEC-1 will schedule and complete an acceptance walkthrough of each Collocation Space with BellSouth within fifteen (15) days of BellSouth’s notifying CLEC-1 that the collocation space is ready for occupancy. In the event that CLEC-1 fails to complete an acceptance walkthrough within this fifteen (15) day interval, the Collocation Space shall be deemed accepted by CLEC-1. BellSouth will correct any deviations to CLEC-1’s original or jointly amended requirements within seven (7) calendar days after the walk through, unless the Parties jointly agree upon a different time frame.
Acceptance Walk Through. DSLi will schedule and complete an acceptance walkthrough of each Collocation Space with BellSouth within fifteen (15) days of BellSouth’s notifying DSLi that the collocation space is ready for occupancy. In the event that DSLi fails to complete an acceptance walkthrough within this fifteen (15) day interval, the Collocation Space shall be deemed accepted by DSLi. BellSouth will correct any deviations to DSLi’s original or jointly amended requirements within seven
Acceptance Walk Through. ITC/\DeltaCom and BellSouth will complete an acceptance walk through of each Collocation Space requested from BellSouth by ITC/\DeltaCom. BellSouth will correct any deviations to ITC/\DeltaCom's original or jointly amended requirements within five (5) business days after the walk through, unless the Parties jointly agree upon a different time frame.
Acceptance Walk Through. ALEC, Inc. and BellSouth will complete an acceptance walk through of each Collocation Space requested from BellSouth by ALEC, Inc.. BellSouth will correct any deviations to ALEC, Inc.’s original or jointly amended requirements within five (5) business days after the walk through, unless the Parties jointly agree upon a different time frame.
Acceptance Walk Through. Upon request, WinStar will contact BellSouth within seven (7) days of collocation space being ready to schedule an acceptance walk through of each Remote Collocation Space requested from BellSouth by WinStar. BellSouth will correct any deviations to WinStar’s original or jointly amended requirements within seven (7) calendar days after the walk through, unless the Parties jointly agree upon a different time frame.
Acceptance Walk Through. BTC will contact BellSouth within seven (7) days of collocation space being ready to schedule an acceptance walk through of each Collocation Space requested from BellSouth by BTC. BellSouth will correct any deviations to BTC’s original or jointly amended requirements within seven (7) calendar days after the walk through, unless the Parties jointly agree upon a different time frame.
Acceptance Walk Through. MTS Communications will contact BellSouth within seven (7) days of collocation space being ready to schedule an acceptance walk through of each Collocation Space requested from BellSouth by MTS Communications. BellSouth will correct any deviations to MTS Communications’s original or jointly amended requirements within seven (7) calendar days after the walk through, unless the Parties jointly agree upon a different time frame.
