Acceptance Walkthrough. Neutral Tandem will schedule and complete an acceptance walkthrough of new or additional provisioned Collocation Space with BellSouth within fifteen (15) days after the Space Ready Date. BellSouth will correct any identified deviations from Neutral Tandem’s original or jointly amended application within seven (7) days after the walkthrough, unless the Parties mutually agree upon a different time frame. BellSouth will then establish a new Space Ready Date. Another acceptance walkthrough will be scheduled and conducted within fifteen (15) days after the new Space Ready Date. This follow- up acceptance walkthrough will be limited to only those deviations identified in the initial walkthrough. If Neutral Tandem completes its acceptance walkthrough within the fifteen (15) day interval associated with the applicable Space Ready Date, billing will begin upon the date of Neutral Tandem’s acceptance of the Collocation Space (Space Acceptance Date). In the event Neutral Tandem fails to complete an acceptance walkthrough within the fifteen (15) day interval associated with the applicable Space Ready Date, the Collocation Space shall be deemed accepted by Neutral Tandem on the Space Ready Date and billing will commence from that date.
Acceptance Walkthrough. ACCESS Integrated will schedule and complete an acceptance walkthrough of each Remote Collocation Space with BellSouth within fifteen (15) days after BellSouth notifies ACCESS Integrated that Remote Collocation Space is ready for occupancy (Space Ready Date). BellSouth will correct any deviations to ACCESS Integrated’s original or jointly amended requirements within seven (7) days after the walkthrough, unless the Parties jointly agree upon a different time frame, and BellSouth shall establish a new Space Ready Date. Another acceptance walkthrough will then be scheduled and conducted within fifteen (15) days after the new Space Ready Date. This follow up acceptance walkthrough will be limited to those items identified in the initial walkthrough. If ACCESS Integrated completes its acceptance walkthrough within the fifteen (15) day interval(s) associated with the applicable Space Ready Date, billing will begin upon the date of ACCESS Integrated’s acceptance of the Remote Collocation Space (Space Acceptance Date). In the event that ACCESS Integrated fails to complete an acceptance walkthrough within this fifteen (15) day interval, the Remote Collocation Space shall be deemed accepted by ACCESS Integrated on the Space Ready Date and billing will commence from that date.
Acceptance Walkthrough. TelCove will schedule and complete an acceptance walkthrough of the Collocation Space with BellSouth within fifteen (15) days of the Space Ready Date. BellSouth will correct any deviations from TelCove’s original or jointly amended application requirements within seven (7) days after the walkthrough, unless the Parties jointly agree upon a different time frame or mutually agree to accept the deviations. BellSouth will notify TelCove of a new Space Ready Date upon resolution of any deviations that require correction. Another acceptance walkthrough will then be scheduled and conducted within fifteen (15) days of the new Space Ready Date. This follow-up acceptance walkthrough will be limited to only those items identified in the initial walkthrough. This process will continue until the Space Acceptance Date as defined below in Section 4.3 following. TelCove must notify BellSouth in writing that collocation equipment installation is complete and operational with BellSouth’s network.

BellSouth will correct any deviations to DSLnet’s original or jointly amended requirements within seven (7) calendar days after the walkthrough, unless the Parties jointly agree upon a different time frame.

DukeNet will schedule and complete an acceptance walkthrough of each Collocation Space with BellSouth within fifteen (15) calendar days of BellSouth’s notification to DukeNet that the Collocation Space is ready for occupancy. In the event DukeNet fails to complete an acceptance walkthrough within this fifteen (15) day interval, the Collocation Space shall be deemed accepted by DukeNet on the Space Ready Date. BellSouth will correct any deviations to DukeNet’s original or jointly amended design and/or specification requirements within Version 1Q03: 02/28/03 seven (7) calendar days after the walkthrough, unless the Parties jointly agree upon a different timeframe.

If CLEC completes its acceptance walkthrough within the fifteen (15) day interval associated with the applicable Space Ready Date, billing will begin upon the date of CLEC’s acceptance of the Collocation Space (Space Acceptance Date). In the event CLEC fails to complete an acceptance walkthrough within the fifteen (15) day interval associated with the applicable Space Ready Date, the Collocation Space shall be deemed accepted by CLEC on the Space Ready Date and billing will commence from that date.
Acceptance Walkthrough. GulfPines will schedule and complete an acceptance walkthrough of the Collocation Space with BellSouth within fifteen (15) calendar days after the Space Ready Date. In the event GulfPines fails to complete an acceptance walkthrough within this fifteen (15) day interval, the Collocation Space shall be deemed accepted by GulfPines on the Space Ready Date. BellSouth will correct any deviations to GulfPines’ original or jointly amended design and/or specification requirements within seven (7) calendar days after the walkthrough, unless the Parties mutually agree upon a different timeframe.
