Acceptance of Trust and Liability. At the request of the Issuer, IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited has agreed to act as the Debenture Trustee for the Bondholder(s) in respect of the Bonds on the terms and conditions contained in the Debenture Trustee Agreement dated November 24, 2021 and this Deed entered into by and between the Issuer and the Debenture Trustee. 1 In terms of SEBI Operational Circular no.
