Acceptance of Gifts. Employees, members of employee's immediate family, and members of the Board are prohibited from accepting gifts, money or gratuities from the following:
Acceptance of Gifts. No gift or favor given because of his employment with the City of Galesburg shall be accepted by a City employee.

No employee shall accept loans, gifts, money, or goods, services or other preferred arrangements for personal benefit under any circumstances directly involving influence upon the manner in which he/she performs his/her work, makes his/her decisions, or otherwise discharges his/her duties as a County employee.
Acceptance of Gifts. The Trustees may accept gifts of Shares and other assets which shall be held upon the trusts declared by Clause 3.1 or 3.2 as the case may be.
Acceptance of Gifts. Employees of School District No. 61 are required to comply with the Illinois State Officials and Employees Ethics Act, 5 ILCS 430/1-1 et seq., and Illinois Gift Ban, 5 ILCS 430/10-10 et seq.
Acceptance of Gifts. Donor agrees and acknowledges that all gifts of money or property to the Fund are accepted subject at all times to applicable law, including, but not by way of limitation, provisions for presumption of donor intent and variance from donor direction. The Foundation will send any appropriate or required written acknowledgement to an individual donor upon receipt of a gift. To honor an individual donor and to express the appreciation of the Foundation, publicity in the form of news announcements, both internal and external, may be made with the permission of the individual donor and after consultation with the Donor.
Acceptance of Gifts. You may not without prior written consent of the Company accept any gift and/or favor of whatever kind from any customer, client or supplier of the Company or any prospective customer, client or supplier of the Company or any third party whatsoever.
Acceptance of Gifts. The Employee may not, without prior written consent of the Employer, accept any cash payments as gifts and/or any other gift and/or favour of whatever kind from any customer, client or supplier of the Employer, whether already existing as such or prospective, which in value or nature exceed the standards set by the Employer orally or in writing.
Acceptance of Gifts. No gift or favors for personal gain shall be accepted by a City employee which has been given because of his employment with the City of Galesburg.
Acceptance of Gifts. Gifts to the City shall be accepted by Council motion. City officials and employees shall not accept any tip, special value, or other consideration because of service rendered as City employees.
