Acceptance of Contracts by Indenture Trustee Clause Samples

The 'Acceptance of Contracts by Indenture Trustee' clause defines the process by which the Indenture Trustee formally acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of the contracts assigned to it. Typically, this involves the trustee reviewing the relevant documents and executing an acceptance certificate or similar instrument to confirm its role and responsibilities. This clause ensures that the trustee's obligations are clearly established and that all parties have certainty regarding the trustee's participation, thereby preventing disputes over the trustee's authority or duties under the contract.
