Acceptance Of Business. Alliance retains sole discretion as to the acceptance or rejection of business produced by (BROKER). (BROKER) agrees to comply with the "New Account Implementation Process" detailed in Exhibit D. Failure to comply with said Process may result in the rejection of business and/or loss of commission payments to (BROKER).

Acceptance Of Business. Agency will inform all Agents that no business is to be solicited until the Agent is appointed with Symetra Life Insurance Company (“Company”) according to the applicable state regulations and after the Contract effective date. Commissions are earned on premiums received after the Agent is appointed with the Company.
Acceptance Of Business. 7.1 Any and all business, proposals, plans, contracts and the like presented by the Representative to the Company as the result of its services under this Agreement, for the development of renewable energy projects in Ghana and or the establishment of other strategic alliances or joint ventures with other third parties shall not be binding on the Company until fully accepted by it.
Acceptance Of Business. 8.1 All customer orders for Products submitted through the Representative according to this Agreement are subject to acceptance or rejection by an officer of the Company, and nothing contained in this Agreement obligates the Company to accept any such order placed through the Representative. No quotation, order or sale will be binding upon the Company until so accepted and confirmed by the Company. The Company will notify the Representative of the acceptance or rejection of all orders submitted through the Representative. Despite any other provision of this Agreement, failure to fill all or part of any accepted order arising through the Representative for any reason whatsoever shall not render the Company liable to the Representative in any manner whatsoever. The Company shall not be liable for any liability, damages or penalties for failure or delay in furnishing Products, materials or labor by reason of any cause whatsoever, nor shall the Company be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from that.

Your acceptance of the AAU as provided above or an Invitation Wire will also constitute acceptance by you of the terms of subsequent Wires to you relating to the Offering unless we receive In Writing, within the time and in the manner specified in such subsequent Wire, a notice from you to the effect that you do not accept the terms of such subsequent Wire, in which case you will be deemed to have elected not to participate in the Offering.

  • ACCEPTANCE OF EQUIPMENT The State will provide a written acknowledgment to the Contractor when the Equipment is accepted and performing satisfactorily.

  • Acceptance of Services Services furnished under this Contract are subject to acceptance by OSU. Each Partner shall execute such documents and take such further actions as may be reasonably required to consummate any of the foregoing transactions.
