The Revised Annual Caps are determined by reference to an estimated transaction amount of RMB38.6 million (which is calculated based on the services volume with the Remaining ACCA Connected Airlines in 2010 and with the assumption that the amended Payment Terms were adopted in 2010 and therefore comprises both the Airlines Receipt and the ACCA Receipt) with an annual growth of 25%.
Each of ACCA and each of the Remaining ACCA Connected Airlines agreed that the Amendment shall take effect on 1 January 2011.
