Agent Management Clause Samples

The Agent Management clause defines the rules and procedures for appointing, supervising, and, if necessary, replacing agents who act on behalf of a party under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the qualifications required for agents, the scope of their authority, and the process for reporting or addressing agent misconduct or non-performance. Its core function is to ensure that all agents involved are properly managed and held accountable, thereby reducing the risk of misrepresentation or operational failures.
