911 Information. The device that we provide to you for your phone service is linked to the address you provided to ALLO. In order for your 911 calls to be properly directed to emergency services, ensure you have provided us with your correct premise address. If you move the device to a new address without first obtaining the necessary approval from us, you will be in violation of this Agreement. Furthermore, moving the device to an unauthorized address may result in emergency personnel being unable to locate you. Ensuring we have the correct address listed with the 911 database can take several business days from the time that you subscribe to our phone services.

Ensuring that your address is correctly listed with 911 databases normally takes between 24 and 120 hours from the time that you subscribe to FOCUS BROADBAND Phone Service. If you move the modem to another address, you violate this Agreement. Furthermore, if you call 911 from the new address using the modem, emergency personnel will not be able to locate you. Also, as noted above, your FOCUS BROADBAND Phone Service may not be available in the event of an electrical power outage, or if your local FOCUS BROADBAND system experiences service issues, and in those instances you will not be able to use the FOCUS BROADBAND Phone Service to call 911.

Also, as noted above, your TWC Phone Service may not be available in the event of an electrical power outage, or if your local TWC system experiences service issues, and in those instances you will not be able to use the TWC Phone Service to call 911.

Also, as noted above, your ATMC Phone Service may not be available in the event of an electrical power outage, or if your local ATMC system experiences service issues, and in those instances you will not be able to use the ATMC Phone Service to call 911.

Verizon shall also make available to CBB, on Verizon’s Wholesale website (or, at Verizon’s option, in writing) Verizon’s directory listings standards and specifications.

  • Confidential System Information HHSC prohibits the unauthorized disclosure of Other Confidential Information. Grantee and all Grantee Agents will not disclose or use any Other Confidential Information in any manner except as is necessary for the Project or the proper discharge of obligations and securing of rights under the Contract. Grantee will have a system in effect to protect Other Confidential Information. Any disclosure or transfer of Other Confidential Information by Xxxxxxx, including information requested to do so by HHSC, will be in accordance with the Contract. If Grantee receives a request for Other Confidential Information, Xxxxxxx will immediately notify HHSC of the request, and will make reasonable efforts to protect the Other Confidential Information from disclosure until further instructed by the HHSC. Grantee will notify HHSC promptly of any unauthorized possession, use, knowledge, or attempt thereof, of any Other Confidential Information by any person or entity that may become known to Grantee. Grantee will furnish to HHSC all known details of the unauthorized possession, use, or knowledge, or attempt thereof, and use reasonable efforts to assist HHSC in investigating or preventing the reoccurrence of any unauthorized possession, use, or knowledge, or attempt thereof, of Other Confidential Information. HHSC will have the right to recover from Grantee all damages and liabilities caused by or arising from Grantee or Grantee Agents’ failure to protect HHSC’s Confidential Information as required by this section.
