911/E-911 Arrangements. 3.1 Access. Access to 911 or Enhanced 911 (“E911”) service available to FTC’s end-users in the area(s) served by FLATEL, shall be made available to FLATEL’s end-users.
911/E-911 Arrangements. 1.1 New Rochelle Telephone may, at its option, interconnect to the Verizon 911/E- 911 Selective Router or 911 Tandem Offices, as appropriate, that serve the areas in which New Rochelle Telephone provides Telephone Exchange Services, for the provision of 911/E-911 services and for access to all subtending Public Safety Answering Points (PSAP). In such situations, Verizon will provide New Rochelle Telephone with the appropriate CLLI codes and specifications of the Tandem Office serving area. In areas where E-911 is not available, New Rochelle Telephone and Verizon will negotiate arrangements to connect New Rochelle Telephone to the 911 service in accordance with applicable state law.
