Local Tariff definition

Local Tariff means Carrier’s Local Tariff F.E.R.C. No. 2.8.0 and 10.0.0, including any supplements thereto and reissues thereof.
Local Tariff means the local rate tariff(s) and rules and regulations tariff(s), including supplements and revisions thereto, as filed and maintained by Medallion Midland with the RRC for local transportation service on the Medallion Midland pipeline system.
Local Tariff means each Carrier’s respective local tariff on file with the Railroad Commission of Texas for local transportation on, for Brandywine, the Brandywine Pipeline or, for SCM Alpine, the SCM Alpine Pipeline.
