6a Complaints. In the unlikely case that a Student or Client needs to make a complaint to The Network 360 Group, initial contact must be made to a member of the student support team who would endeavour to resolve the issue immediately. If the Student or Client does not find the solution offered to be acceptable then a formal complaint must be issued with The Network 360 Group. The Formal Complaints Policy and Procedure can be requested from the student support team.
