5.0 No Coercion. 5.1 The Union agrees that there will be no intimidation, interference, restraint or coercion exercised or practiced upon employees of the Company by any of its members or representatives, and there will be no Union activity, other than that which is necessary for the administration of this Agreement and no meetings on Company premises except with the permission of the Company.

  • Duress This Agreement was not entered into under duress by any party to it.

  • DISCRIMINATION AND COERCION A. The Employer and the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination against any employee because of age, race, creed, color, religion, marital status, sex, national origin, political affiliation, sexual preference and physical or mental handicap.

  • No Harassment Contractor does not engage in unlawful harassment, including sexual harassment, with respect to any persons with whom Contractor may interact in the performance of this Agreement, and Contractor takes all reasonable steps to prevent harassment from occurring.

  • No Unlawful Influence The Company has not offered, or caused the Underwriters to offer, the Units to any person or entity with the intention of unlawfully influencing: (a) a customer or supplier of the Company or any affiliate of the Company to alter the customer’s or supplier’s level or type of business with the Company or such affiliate or (b) a journalist or publication to write or publish favorable information about the Company or any such affiliate.
