No Duress. The Borrower has freely and voluntarily entered into this Letter Agreement after an adequate opportunity to review and discuss the terms and conditions and all factual and legal matters relevant hereto with counsel freely and independently chosen by it and this Letter Agreement is being executed without fraud, duress, undue influence or coercion of any kind or nature whatsoever having been exerted by or imposed upon any party.
No Duress. I agree and acknowledge that I am under no pressure or duress to sign this Agreement and that I have been given a reasonable opportunity to review it before signing. I further agree and acknowledge that I am free to have my own legal counsel review this Agreement if I so desire.
No Duress. This Agreement has been entered into without force or duress, of the free will of each Loan Party. Each Loan Party’s decision to enter into this Agreement is a fully informed decision and each Loan Party is aware of all legal and other ramifications of such decision.
No Duress. This Amendment has been entered into without force or duress, of the free will of Borrower. Borrower’s decision to enter into this Amendment is a fully informed decision and Borrower is aware of all legal and other ramifications of such decision.
No Duress. This Amendment has been entered into without force or duress, of the free will of each Loan Party. Each Loan Party’s decision to enter into this Amendment is a fully informed decision and such Loan Party is aware of all legal and other ramifications of such decision.
No Duress. Borrower has executed this Modification as a free and voluntary act, without any duress, coercion or undue influence exerted by or on behalf of Lender or any other party.
No Duress. This Agreement has been entered into without force or duress, of the free will of the Parent and each Borrower. The Parent’s and each Borrower’s decision to enter into this Agreement is a fully informed decision and such Person is aware of all legal and other ramifications of such decision.
No Duress. This Agreement was not entered into by either of the parties under duress from the other party or any other person or persons.
