ApplicableLaws means, all the applicable laws,codes, regulations, rules, guidelines, circulars, re-enactments, revisions, applications and adaptations thereto, judgments, decrees, injunctions, writs and order of any court, arbitrator or governmental agency or authority, rules, regulations, orders and interpretations of any governmental authority, court or statutory or other body applicable for such transactions including but not limited to the IBC, Liquidation Regulations, Companies Act, 1956 /2013 (as applicable), Competition Act, 2002, Transfer of Property Act, 1882, Sale of Goods Act, 1930, Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, whether in effect as of the date of thisE-Auction Process Information Document or there after and each as amended from time to time;
ApplicableLaws meansalllawswhichareapplicabletotheProjectand/or theConcessionaireextendingto theStateofMaharashtrahavingbeenenacted orbroughtinto forceby Government of India and / or the Government of Maharashtra including regulationsand rules madethere under,andjudgments,decrees,injunctions, writsandordersofanycourtofrecord,applicable to this Agreement and the exercise, performance and discharge of the respective rights and obligations of the Parties hereunder, asmaybein forceandeffectduring thesubsistenceofthis Agreement.
ApplicableLaws means all applicable laws, by-laws, rules, regulations, orders, ordinances, protocols, codes, guidelines, policies, notices, directions, judgments, decrees or other requirements or official directive of any Governmental Authority or Person acting under the authority of any Governmental Authority and/ or of any statutory authority having jurisdiction over the Parties, as in force from time to time;

ApplicableLaws means any treaty, law, decree, order, regulation, decision, statute, ordinance, rule, directive, code or other document that has legal force under any system of law, including, without limitation, local law, law of any other state or part thereof or international law, and which creates or purports to create any requirement or rule that may affect, restrict, prohibit or expressly allow the terms of this Agreement or any activity contemplated or carried out under this Agreement.
