RETURN OF COMPANY PROPERTY AND RECORDS. The Executive agrees that upon termination of the Executive’s employment, for any cause whatsoever, the Executive will surrender to the Company in good condition (reasonable wear and tear excepted) all property and equipment belonging to the Company and all records kept by the Executive containing the names, addresses or any other information with regard to customers or customer contacts of the Company, or concerning any proprietary or confidential information of the Company or any operational, financial or other documents given to the Executive during the Executive’s employment with the Company.

RETURN OF COMPANY PROPERTY AND RECORDS. Upon any termination of employment for any reason or no reason, or upon the Company’s request at any time, Executive shall immediately return to the Company all property of the Company in Executive’s possession (including computers, smart phones and other portable electronic devices) and all documents and other materials in any medium including but not limited to electronic, which relate in any way to the Company, including notebooks, correspondence, memos, drawings or diagrams, computer files and databases, graphics and formulas, whether prepared by Executive or by others and whether required by Executive’s work or for his personal use, whether copies or originals, unless Executive first obtains the Company’s written consent to keep such records.

The Employee will not retain or furnish any such Confidential Information to any third party, either by sample, facsimile, film, audio or video cassette, electronic data, verbal communication or any other means of communication.
RETURN OF COMPANY PROPERTY AND RECORDS. Except as provided in paragraph 2 (c) above, Employee shall return all the Company property and confidential and proprietary information, including but not limited to drawings, manuals, letters, notes, notebooks, reports, customer lists, customer data, mailing lists, and other materials and records of any kind, and copies thereof, in his possession. Employee shall return such property and information to the Company by the Effective Date of this Agreement.
