CUSTOMER’s Coverage. CUSTOMER shall maintain the following insurance during the term of this Agreement:

CUSTOMER’s Coverage. CUSTOMER will insure or self-insure all Product while in storage in terminal against damage by fire or other casualty and shall insure or self-insure all of its personnel and equipment while on WESTWAY’s premises. Further, CUSTOMER shall carry liability insurance against loss or damage caused to any third party, including WESTWAY, its officers, employees and agents by its product or by its agents and/or employees in amounts not less than $3,000,000.00.

Further, CUSTOMER shall carry commercial general liability insurance against loss or damage caused to any third party, including WESTWAY, its officers, employees and agents by its product or by its agents and/or employees in amounts not less than $3,000,000.00, naming WESTWAY as an additional insured and issued by an insurance company duly licensed in the state in which the Facility is located and having a Best’s rating of not less than A.
CUSTOMER’s Coverage. CUSTOMER agrees to maintain in force, during the term of this Agreement and for a period of three (3) years after Redelivery of the Aircraft and/or Engine or for the duration of CUSTOMER's ownership of the Aircraft and/or Engine, whichever occurs later, the following insurance coverages:

  • Business Automobile Liability Insurance Business Automobile Liability Insurance must cover all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles with a minimum combined single limit of $500,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage. The policy shall contain the following endorsements in favor of DIR and/or Customer:

  • Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance that shall include coverage for bodily injury and property damage arising from the operation of any owned, non-owned, or hired automobile. The Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance Policy shall provide not less than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limits for each accident. Additional Requirements for Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance are shown below at Paragraph 1.5.3.3.6.

  • Contractor’s Liability Insurance Contractor shall purchase and maintain such insurance as will protect Contractor from claims set forth below which may arise out of or result from the Contractor’s operations under the Contract, whether such operations be by Contractor or by any subcontractor or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by Contractor, or by anyone for whose acts any other may be liable:

  • Automobile Liability Insurance Automobile Liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage in an amount no less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence. Covered vehicles shall include owned, non-owned, and hired automobiles/trucks.

  • Worker's Compensation and Employer's Liability Insurance The Contractor shall have in effect during the entire life of this Agreement Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability Insurance providing full statutory coverage. In signing this Agreement, the Contractor certifies, as required by Section 1861 of the California Labor Code, that it is aware of the provisions of Section 3700 of the California Labor Code which requires every employer to be insured against liability for Worker's Compensation or to undertake self-insurance in accordance with the provisions of the Code, and I will comply with such provisions before commencing the performance of the work of this Agreement.

  • Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers licensed for travel on public roads, with a minimum combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.

  • Workers’ Compensation Coverage Consultant certifies that Consultant has qualified for workers’ compensation as required by the State of Oregon. Consultant shall provide the Owner, within ten (10) days after execution of this Agreement, a certificate of insurance evidencing coverage of all subject workers under Oregon’s workers’ compensation statutes. The insurance certificate and policy shall indicate that the policy shall not be terminated by the insurance carrier without thirty (30) days’ advance written notice to City. All agents or Consultants of Consultant shall maintain such insurance.

  • Vehicle Liability Insurance $___________________ minimum required insurance policy on all owned, hired, and non-owned vehicles of the Subcontractor for combined single limit liability for each accident affecting incurring bodily injury and/or property damage.

  • Automobile Liability Coverage Consultant shall maintain automobile liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage for all activities of the Consultant arising out of or in connection with the work to be performed under this Agreement, including coverage for owned, hired and non- owned vehicles, in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence.

  • Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance During the term of this Contract, Supplier will maintain insurance covering all owned, hired, and non-owned automobiles in limits of liability not less than indicated below. The coverage must be subject to terms no less broad than ISO Business Auto Coverage Form CA 0001 (2010 edition or newer), or equivalent.
