Nell’espletamento di tutte le attività individuate nel precedente paragrafo, i Destinatari dovranno rispettare, oltre ai principi previsti nel presente Modello e alle procedure aziendali interne: − le disposizioni legislative e regolamentari italiane e comunitarie in tema di contrasto ai crimini di ricettazione, riciclaggio e, in genere, alla criminalità organizzata; − le prescrizioni del Codice Etico di NCM; − le disposizioni interne attinenti la struttura gerarchica e il funzionamento di NCM. Nello svolgimento delle attività considerate a rischio, ai Destinatari è fatto espresso divieto di: − porre in essere comportamenti tali da integrare le fattispecie di reato sopra considerate (art. 25-octies del Decreto); − porre in essere comportamenti che, sebbene risultino tali da non costituire di per sé fattispecie di reato rientranti tra quelle sopra considerate, possano potenzialmente diventarlo.
