Contractual set off / allocation. The amounts due by the Customer to Cdiscount and the amounts due by Cdiscount to the Customer will be automatically set off. As a result, the Parties expressly agree that the amounts owed by the Customer to Cdiscount will be automatically and immediately set off, whether under these GTCS or under any other commercial relationship the Parties may otherwise have, in particular under the GCMA for Sellers, with all amounts owed by Cdiscount to the Customer and/or with any other amounts held by Cdiscount in the Customer’s name and on the Customer’s behalf on any basis whatsoever.
