Z944 Product means a pharmaceutical product derived from the Z944 Assets or any composition, physical product, device, process, method, service, technical application development or the like in the Field that is derived therefrom.

  • The foregoing shall be the Vendor’s sole remedy under this Section 6.3(1) and shall not be subject to the threshold and limitations set out in Section 8.3.   • Aerosol product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”
