Yield Enhancement Fee definition

Yield Enhancement Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05(b).

  • At the advance of the Term Loan B, the Borrower shall pay to each Lender a fee (the "Term Loan B Yield Enhancement Fee") in an amount equal to 4.00% of the principal amount of Term Loan B extended by such Lender.

  • Trust Reimbursement Amount As defined in Section 3.06A(a) of this Agreement.

  • Collateral Monthly Principal means the monthly principal distributable in respect of the Collateral Interest as calculated in accordance with subsection 4.07(c).
