Collateral Monthly Interest definition

Collateral Monthly Interest means the monthly interest distributable in respect of the Collateral Interest as calculated in accordance with subsection 4.06(c).
Collateral Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(c).

More Definitions of Collateral Monthly Interest

Collateral Monthly Interest means, with respect to any Transfer --------------------------- Date, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Collateral Rate with respect to the related Interest Accrual Period, (ii) the Collateral Interest as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments, deposits and withdrawals on such Distribution Date) or, for the first Transfer Date, the Initial Collateral Interest, and (iii) the actual number of days in the related Interest Accrual Period divided by 360.
