Year Date definition

Year Date means the year printed on the heading “year” on a Motor Vehicle Permit issued by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation.
Year Date means the figures appearing under the heading “year” in the description of motor vehicle portion of the current Ontario Ministry of Transportation passenger motor vehicle permit for any vehicle.
