Xxxxxxxxxx Score. The amount determined by the Collateral Manager on any Measurement Date, by dividing (i) one by (ii) the sum of the series of products obtained for each Collateral Debt Security, by squaring the quotient of (x) the Principal Balance on such Measurement Date of each such Collateral Debt Security and (y) Aggregate Principal Balance of all Collateral Debt Securities on such Measurement Date.
