Xxxxxxx Shale Properties definition

Xxxxxxx Shale Properties means the stratigraphic equivalent of that certain interval described as 100’ above and 100’ below the interval seen between 3,450’ and 3,650’ on the Welex Spectral Density – Dual Spaced Neutron Log dated July 29, 1986 for the Hogtown Xxxxx Unit #13-2 Well located in the Xxxxxx X. Xxxxx Survey, Eastland County, Texas, as such stratigraphic equivalent underlies, comprises a portion of or is attributable to (i) the Desdemona Field Unit (being that certain unit covering 7,273 acres, more or less, situated in Eastland, Erath and Comanche Counties, Texas, as more particularly described in that certain Unit Agreement dated July 1, 1986, recorded in Volume 1089, pages 1-72 of the Deed Records of Eastland County, Texas, in Volume 51, pages 202-272 of the Oil & Gas Records of Erath County, Texas and in Volume 616, pages 43-115 of the Deed Records of Comanche County, Texas), as such may have been amended, modified or altered, and/or (ii) the Hogtown-Xxxxx Unit (being that certain unit covering 2,675.5 acres, more or less, situated in Eastland and Erath Counties, Texas, as more particularly described in that certain Unit Agreement October 1, 1985 recorded in Volume 1000, page 226, et seq. of the Deed Records of Eastland County, Texas and in Volume 47, page 237, et seq. of the Oil & Gas Records of Erath County, Texas), as such may have been amended, modified or altered.
Xxxxxxx Shale Properties means the stratigraphic equivalent of that certain interval described as 100’ above and 100’ below the interval seen between 3,450’ and 3,650’ on the Welex Spectral Density – Dual Spaced Neutron Log dated July 29, 1986 for the Hogtown Xxxxx Unit #13-2 Well located in the Xxxxxx X. Xxxxx Survey, Eastland County, Texas, as such stratigraphic equivalent underlies, comprises a portion of or is attributable to the Oil & Gas Properties held by Square One in the Desdemona Field.
Xxxxxxx Shale Properties means, at any time, the Oil and Gas Interests owned by the Credit Parties and located in the Bend Arch-Forth Worth Basin in the geological formation generally referred to as the Xxxxxxx Shale.

  • The net acreage of each of the Xxxxxxx Shale Properties and the Rich Valley Properties (as such terms are defined in the Certificate of Designations) is as set forth on Schedule 3(w) attached hereto.

Related to Xxxxxxx Shale Properties

  • Initial Properties means collectively the Properties listed on Schedule 1.1 and “Initial Property” means any of such Properties.

  • Common Properties means and refer to those areas of land shown on any recorded subdivision plat of The Properties and intended to be devoted to the common use and enjoyment of the owners of The Properties.

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Owned Real Properties has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16(b).

  • Subject Properties has the meaning specified in Section 5.13(a).

  • Real Estate Assets means any investment by the Company or the Operating Partnership in unimproved and improved Real Property (including fee or leasehold interests, options and leases), directly, through one or more subsidiaries or through a Joint Venture.

  • Title V operating permit means a permit issued under Chapter 3745-77 of the Administrative Code.

  • Real Properties means, at any time, a collective reference to each of the facilities and real properties owned, leased or operated by the Consolidated Parties at such time.

  • Owned Properties has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.

  • The Properties means and refer to all such existing properties, and additions thereto, as are subject to this Declaration or any Supplemental Declaration under the provisions of Article II hereof.

  • Unimproved Real Property means Property in which the Company has an equity interest that was not acquired for the purpose of producing rental or other operating income, that has no development or construction in process and for which no development or construction is planned, in good faith, to commence within one (1) year.

These properties or resources may include, but are not limited to, monuments, memorials, Indian habitations, ceremonial sites, abandoned settlements, sunken or abandoned ships, engineering works, treasure trove, artifacts, or other objects with intrinsic historical or archaeological value, or any part thereof, relating to the history, government, and culture of Florida.

  • Owned Real Estate means all land, together with all buildings, structures, fixtures, and improvements located thereon and all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances relating thereto, owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Real Estate Business means homebuilding, housing construction, real estate development or construction and the sale of homes and related real estate activities, including the provision of mortgage financing or title insurance.

  • Material Real Estate Asset means (i) any fee-owned Real Estate Asset having a fair market value in excess of $2,500,000 as of the date of the acquisition thereof or (ii) any Real Estate Asset that the Required Lenders have determined is material to the business, general affairs, assets, liabilities, operations, management, condition (financial or otherwise), stockholders’ equity, results of operations or value of any Loan Party or any Subsidiary thereof, including the Borrower.

  • Material Properties means (a) those Mortgaged Properties designated on Schedule 3.12 as Material Properties and (b) each other Mortgaged Property with respect to which a Mortgage is granted pursuant to Section 5.11 after the Restatement Effective Date.

  • Partnership Property means any property, real, personal or mixed, or any interest therein or appurtenant thereto which may be owned or acquired by the Partnership.

  • Hotel Property means a Property on which there is located an operating hotel.

  • Leasehold Interests means all of each Borrower’s right, title and interest in and to, and as lessee, of the premises identified on Schedule 4.19(A) hereto.

  • Commercial property means property formerly or currently used primarily for business, retail, governmental or professional purposes.

  • Excluded Properties the collective reference to the fee or leasehold interest in real properties owned by the Parent Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries not described in Schedule 5.8.

  • Retail Property means each Property listed on Part I of Schedule 6.1.(f) hereto as a Retail Property and any other Property, a substantial use of which is the retail sale of goods and services, which may include a Property that is part of a Mixed-Use Project.

  • Undepreciated Real Estate Assets as of any date means the cost (original cost plus capital improvements) of real estate assets of the Company and its Subsidiaries on such date, before depreciation and amortization determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Leased Real Estate means all real property that the Company or any of its Subsidiaries leases, subleases or otherwise uses or occupies, or has the right to use or occupy, pursuant to a Lease.

  • Leasehold condominium means a condominium in which all or a portion of the real estate is subject to a lease the expiration or termination of which will terminate the condominium or reduce its size.

  • Income Property means, in respect of each Sub-Fund, (a) all interest, dividends and other sums deemed by the Trustee, (after consulting the auditors either on a general or case by case basis), to be in the nature of income (including taxation repayments, if any) received or receivable by the Trustee in respect of the Deposited Property of the relevant Sub-Fund (whether in cash or, without limitation, by warrant, cheque, money, credit or otherwise or the proceeds of sale or transfer of any Income Property received in a form other than cash); (b) all interest and other sums received or receivable by the Trustee in respect of (a), (c) or (d) of this definition; (c) all cash payments received or receivable by the Trustee for the account of the relevant Sub-Fund in respect of an Application; and (d) all Cancellation Compensation received by the Trustee for the account of the relevant Sub-Fund; (e) any payments to be received or are receivable by the Trustee under any contractual agreements in the nature of investments for the benefit of the relevant Sub-Fund but excluding (i) the Deposited Property; (ii) any amount for the time being standing to the credit of the distribution account for the account of the relevant Sub-Fund or previously distributed to Unitholders; (iii) gains for the account of the relevant Sub-Fund arising from the realisation of Securities; and (iv) any sums applied towards payment of the fees, costs and expenses payable by the Trust from the Income Property of the relevant Sub-Fund;
