Xxxxxxx Agreement definition

Xxxxxxx Agreement means that certain Sales, Marketing and Distribution Agreement, dated January 1, 2011, by and between Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx Vector Brands LLC (successor to Xxxxxxx Vector Brands Inc.), as may be amended from time to time.
