Xxxxx Employment Agreement definition

Xxxxx Employment Agreement means the Employment Agreement dated as of August 19, 1996 between Associated and Xxxxx, as in effect on the date hereof.

Xxxxx Employment Agreement means the Employment Agreement to be entered into by and between the Company and Xxxxx in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
