More Definitions of Xxxxx Action

Xxxxx Action means the lawsuit entitled Xxxxx v. Asurion Corp., et al., Case Xx. 00 XX 0000 XXX (XXX) pending in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.

Xxxxx Action means the consolidated actions captioned Xxxxx XXX v. Xxxxxx X. Xxxxx & Co., Civ.
