Decision One definition

Decision One. Decision One Mortgage Corporation, a North Carolina limited liability company, and its successors in interest. Decision One Agreements: Collectively, the Decision One Purchase Agreement and the Decision One Assignment Agreement, copies of which are attached hereto as Exhibit Z. Decision One Assignment Agreement: The Assignment, Assumption and Recognition Agreement, dated as of February 23, 2007, by and among Decision One, the Sponsor and the Depositor.

  • Decision-maker means a person who makes a determination regarding responsibility after the investigation has concluded. The Decision-maker cannot be the same person as the Title IX Coordinator, the Investigator, or the Appellate Decision-maker.

  • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;

  • Supplemental Services means services or items that are provided on a limited basis to complement the care provided by the caregiver.

  • Health care services means services for the diagnosis, prevention, treatment, cure, or relief of a health condition, illness, injury, or disease.
