Consolidated Actions definition

Consolidated Actions means the Isman Action and the following related actions consolidated into this Action titled In re The Boeing Company Derivative Litigation, Consol. C.A. No. 2019-0907-MTZ (Del. Ch.): the DiNapoli Action; the Local No. 79 Action, the Slotoroff Action, and the Kirby Action.

• Based upon their investigation and prosecution of the Consolidated Actions, Plaintiffs and Co-Lead Counsel have concluded that the terms and conditions of this Stipulation are fair, reasonable, and adequate as to Plaintiffs and the other members of the Settlement Class and in their best interests.

Consolidated Actions means the consolidated actions pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, St. Clair County, Illinois, styled Midland Funding, LLC v. Xxxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Case Nos. 15L-442 and 15L-444, inclusive of Midland’s collection actions against Xxxxx and Xxxxxxx, and Xxxxx and Xxxxxxx’x counter-claims against Midland.

Consolidated Actions means: (i) the lawsuit commenced on November 23, 2011 by the Kerrigan Family by the filing of a complaint against the JCRA and others in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Hudson County, captioned Ronald Kerrigan et al. v. Jersey City RedevelopmentAgency et al.s, Docket No.: HUD-L-5906-11; and (ii) the lawsuit commenced on December 13, 2011 bythe JCRA by the filing of a First Amended Complaint against the Moccos and others in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Hudson County, captioned Jersey City Redevelopment Agency v.Liberty Harbor North II Urban Renewal Company LLC, et als., Docket No.: HUD-L-6165-11, both of which actions subsequently were consolidated.
