Written Request of the District means an instrument in writing signed by a District Representative or by any other officer of the District duly authorized to act on behalf of the District under a written certificate of a District Representative.

  • Committed Loan Notice means a notice of (a) a Committed Borrowing, (b) a conversion of Committed Loans from one Type to the other, or (c) a continuation of Eurodollar Rate Loans, pursuant to Section 2.02(a), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A.

  • Written Resolution means a written (or electronic) solution for a decision making among the Bondholders, as set out in Clause 15.5 (Written Resolutions).

  • Borrowing Notice is defined in Section 2.8.

  • Loan Request means a letter in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders pursuant to Section 2.02(a).

  • Term Loan Extension Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(a).

  • Loan Notice means a notice of (a) a Borrowing, (b) a conversion of Loans from one Type to the other, or (c) a continuation of Eurodollar Rate Loans, pursuant to Section 2.02(a), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A.

  • Information Request means a request for any Information under the FOI Legislation.
