Transaction Request definition

Transaction Request means a request from Seller to Buyer, in the form attached as Exhibit A hereto, to enter into a Transaction.

Transaction Request means a request from Seller to Buyer to enter into a Transaction, submitted through Buyer’s on-line warehouse loan system.
