Transaction Request definition

Transaction Request. Defined in Section 3.01(a).
Transaction Request means a request from Seller to Buyer, in the form attached as Exhibit A hereto, to enter into a Transaction.
Transaction Request means a request from the Seller to Buyer to enter into a Transaction.

  • The Seller also agrees to reimburse each Indemnified Party for all reasonable and documented out-of-pocket expenses in connection with the enforcement of this Agreement and any other Program Agreement, any Transaction Request and Purchase Price Increase Request, and the exercise of any right or remedy provided for herein or therein, including, without limitation, the reasonable and documented out-of-pocket fees and disbursements of counsel.

  • Each Transaction Request and each Purchase Price Increase Request shall be deemed to be incorporated herein by reference with the same effect as if set forth herein at length.

  • Each Transaction Request and each Purchase Price Increase Request, together with this Agreement and the related Confirmation, shall constitute conclusive evidence of the terms agreed between Buyer and the Seller with respect to the Transaction to which the Transaction Request or Purchase Price Increase Request, as applicable, relates.


More Definitions of Transaction Request

Transaction Request means a request from Seller to Buyer to enter into a Transaction, submitted through Buyer’s on-line warehouse loan system.
Transaction Request means a request from Seller to Buyer to enter into a Transaction, which shall be submitted electronically through the Warehouse Electronic System.

Transaction Request means a request via email or other electronic transmission and which may be in the form of a Mortgage Loan Schedule, from the applicable Seller to Administrative Agent notifying Administrative Agent that the applicable Seller wishes to enter into a Transaction hereunder and that indicates that it is a Transaction Request under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, a Transaction Request may refer to multiple Mortgage Loans; provided that each Mortgage Loan shall be deemed to be subject to its own Transaction.
