Working Capital Borrowing Base definition

Working Capital Borrowing Base means "Borrowing Base" as defined in the Working Capital Credit Agreement (as in effect on the date hereof or as amended pursuant to an amendment agreed to in writing by the Agents).
Working Capital Borrowing Base means as of any date of calculation, an amount, as set forth on the most current Borrowing Base Certificate delivered to the Administrative Agent, equal to the sum of:
Working Capital Borrowing Base means at any date all Eligible Servicing Receivables in which the Administrative Agent holds for the benefit of the Lenders a first priority perfected security interest at such date.

More Definitions of Working Capital Borrowing Base

Working Capital Borrowing Base means at any time an amount equal to the sum of 50% of Eligible Accounts Receivable, plus 50% of Eligible Inventory.
