Servicing Receivables definition

Servicing Receivables means rights to collections under mortgage-related receivables, or other rights to reimbursement of Servicing Advances that the Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary of the Issuer has made in the ordinary course of business and on customary industry terms.

  • Prior to Borrower making any withdrawal from the custodial account or any other clearing account maintained under the related Servicing Agreement, Borrower, as applicable shall instruct any subservicer(s) and the related depository institution(s) to remit all collections, payments and proceeds in respect of any Pledged Servicing Receivables or Pledged Servicing Rights into the appropriate Pledged Deposit Account.

More Definitions of Servicing Receivables

Servicing Receivables means, at any time, all Eligible-Foreclosure Receivables, Eligible-P&I Receivables, and Eligible-T&I Receivables.
