Workforce Solutions definition

Workforce Solutions or “WFS” means the Workforce Solutions business unit of the Corporation effective January 1, 2018, which rents and sells remote workforce accommodations, modular workspace solutions and ancillary equipment and provides associated services in Canada, the Unites States and Australia.

  • Once the response deadline is passed, all proposals will become the property of Workforce Solutions and will not be returned.

  • If original signatures are obtained, forms must be mailed to the Local Area WDB’s assigned Planner at: N.C. Division of Workforce Solutions, 4316 Mail Services Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-4316.

  • TWC, in its sole discretion, will determine whether to conduct a desk review of documents, speak to Vendor’s staff (by phone or video conference) or meet in-person and, if in-person, whether it will occur at the Vendor’s place of business, at a Workforce Solutions office location, or at some other physical location.

Related to Workforce Solutions

  • Workforce means employees, volunteers, trainees or other persons whose performance of work is under the direct control of a party, whether or not they are paid by that party.

  • Company’s workforce means the persons (and the dependants of those persons) engaged whether as employees, agents or contractors in the construction and operation of the facilities to be established pursuant to approved proposals;

  • Workforce housing means housing for sale or rent with combined rental costs

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Sole source procurement means a procurement without competition pursuant to a determination under Subsection 63G-6a-802(1)(a) that there is only one source for the procurement item.
