Associated Services Clause Samples
The Associated Services clause defines the additional services that are related to or provided alongside the main services under an agreement. It typically outlines what these supplementary services include, such as support, maintenance, or training, and may specify the terms under which they are delivered, including any fees or limitations. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the scope and conditions of any extra services, preventing misunderstandings and setting expectations for the full range of offerings connected to the primary contract.
