Worker Health and Safety Laws definition

Worker Health and Safety Laws means all federal, state or local laws, including ordinances, requirements, rules, regulations, licenses, permits, orders, injunctions, judgments or decrees relating to or addressing workplace or worker safety and health.
Worker Health and Safety Laws means any applicable Law intended to ensure safe and healthful working conditions for workers and to prevent worker exposure to workplace hazards. The term “Worker Health and Safety Law” includes, without limitation, the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) and analogous state statutes. For the avoidance of doubt, Worker Health and Safety Laws does not include any Environmental Laws.
Worker Health and Safety Laws means any national, state or local law, code or ordinance now existing or hereinafter in effect, and 9 all rules, regulations and standards promulgated thereunder, enacted for purposes of reducing, minimizing or otherwise protecting workers from hazards or dangers in their workplace, including hazards or dangers of occupational illness or disease, or of requiring employers to inform employees of such hazards or dangers.

Related to Worker Health and Safety Laws

  • Health and Safety Laws means any Laws pertaining to safety and health in the workplace, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act, 29 U.S.C. 651 et seq. (“OSHA”), and the Toxic Substances Control Act, 15 U.S.C. 2601, et seq. (“TSCA”).
