Windy Gap Project definition

Windy Gap Project means that project (including the acquisition and perfection of water rights) constructed by the Subdistrict for the diversion, carriage, and delivery of water from the Colorado River pursuant to the Carriage Contract.
Windy Gap Project means the water diversion and storage project operated by the Municipal Subdistrict pursuant to various agreements with participants, including the Windy Gap Reservoir, pumping plant, pipeline, water rights and associated works.
