Whitebox Investors means Whitebox Credit Arbitrage Partners, L.P., Pandora Select Partners, L.P., Whitebox Concentrated Convertible Arbitrage Partners, L.P., Whitebox Multi Strategy Partners, L.P. and Whitebox Special Opportunities Fund LP, Series B, together with their Permitted Transferees.

Examples of Whitebox Investors in a sentence

  • This Amendment shall become effective as of the date first-written above upon (i) execution of a counterpart hereof by the Company and each Investor and (ii) payment by the Company of the fees and disbursements of Faegre & Xxxxxx LLP, counsel to the Whitebox Investors.

  • The Whitebox Investors shall be entitled to receive all notices, reports, presentations and materials sent to the Board.
