Wet Electrode Products definition

Wet Electrode Products means medical blades, forceps or rollerballs that employ an electrode to deliver radio frequency energy and an electrically conductive fluid between the electrode and the surface of living tissue to apply radio frequency energy in medical applications, in the Field of Use. Wet Electrode Products specifically exclude any interstitial needle or intraluminal wire devices or products.

Wet Electrode Products means the therapy delivery system or the components thereof, including the generator, footswitch, and the disposable and telescope, as described on Exhibit E and commercialized by Medtronic under the Prostiva® trademark as of date of the Regulatory Transfer to Urologix that subsequently are Improved to incorporate wet electrode technology for use in the Covenant Field, as contemplated by Medtronic or VidaMed prior to the Effective Date and described on Exhibit H (“Wet Electrode Platform Improvement”)

Examples of Wet Electrode Products in a sentence

  • Subject to the terms and provisions hereof, Medtronic hereby grants to Licensee (a) a royalty-bearing, and exclusive license under the Subject Technology to make, have made, use and sell Wet Electrode Products in the Field of Use that are Licensed Products throughout the Territory and (b) a royalty-bearing and non-exclusive license under the Subject Technology to make, have made, use and sell Wet Electrode Generators in the Field of Use that are Licensed Products throughout the Territory.
