Weekly Benefit definition

Weekly Benefit means the weekly amount payable by the Plan to you if you are Disabled or Partially Disabled.
Weekly Benefit or "Monthly Benefit" means the amount payable to the Covered Person if he/she is Totally Disabled. Benefits for Short Term Disability coverage are determined on a Monthly basis and paid bi-weekly and benefits for Long Term Disability coverage are determined and paid to the Covered Person on a monthly basis.
Weekly Benefit means the weekly amount shown in the Schedule.

Examples of Weekly Benefit in a sentence

  • In the event an Employee believes that his/her Weekly Benefit or eligibility determination has been made in error, the Employee may file a grievance, as outlined in the grievance procedure of the Agreement.
