Water Director definition

Water Director means the Director of the Water and Sewer Departments who is appointed by the Town of Chatham Town Manager and is vested with the authority and responsibility for the implementation and enforcement of these Rules and Regulations.
Water Director means a City employee in charge of the Water Department.
Water Director has the meaning set forth in Article XIII of this Agreement.
