Waste Facility Permit definition

Waste Facility Permit means a permit for the purposes of section 39, Waste Management Act 1996 and includes a waste permit granted under the Waste Management (Permit) Regulations 1998;
Waste Facility Permit means a permit for the purposes of section 39(4) of the Act and for the purposes of these Regulations shall include a waste permit granted under the Waste Management (Permit) Regulations, 199844;
Waste Facility Permit means a permit for the purposes of section 39(4) of the Act.
