Facility Period definition
Facility Period means the period beginning on the date of this Agreement and ending on the date when the whole of the Indebtedness has been repaid in full and the Security Parties have ceased to be under any further actual or contingent liability to the Finance Parties under or in connection with the Finance Documents.

Examples of Facility Period in a sentence
During the Facility Period, the Borrower may request a Loan by delivering a written request (a “Loan Request”) to the Lender at least two Business Days prior to the requested funding date (or such shorter period as Lender shall accept).
The Borrower may, at any time, by written notice to the Lender, terminate the Facility or the Facility Period, provided that, on the effective date of the termination of the Facility, all of the Loans, all accrued interest thereon and all other obligations of the Borrower hereunder have been paid in full.
More Definitions of Facility Period
Facility Period means the period starting on the first Drawdown Date and ending on such date as all obligations whatsoever of all of the Security Parties under or pursuant to the Security Documents whensoever arising, actual or contingent, have been irrevocably paid, performed and/or complied with;
