Wardens definition

Wardens means the persons elected or appointed as such in accordance with Section 10.10 of these Canons.
Wardens shall refer to the Senior and Junior Wardens of the Church, both being members of the Vestry. The Senior Warden is appointed by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to executive leadership of the Vestry. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is elected by the Vestry and serves in a more administrative leadership role. Both Wardens usually serve a 1-year term.
Wardens means the wardens for the time being of the Church in Item 6.

Examples of Wardens in a sentence

  • The fifty-six (56) hour minimum compensatory time accrual limit shall revert to forty-eight (48) hours on June 30, 2003, for Game Wardens and Game Warden Trainees.

  • All residents and guests are required to exit the building during emergencies that require evacuation and follow instructions given by authorized University emergency personnel (e.g., Security Services, Emergency Response Wardens and Building Emergency Captains).

  • Effective June 30, 2003, the minimum compensatory time accrual per employee enforceable under the provisions of this Section shall be a rolling forty-eight (48) hours for Game Wardens and Game Warden Trainees.

  • State Game Wardens, and Hunter Safety Coordinators, who were employed in those classes prior to July 1, 1999, will receive a cash allowance equal to eight hundred dollars ($800) per fiscal year while employed in such class(es).

  • State Game Wardens I, II, III, and IV will continue to receive one hundred and four (104) scheduled days off per calendar year.

  • The undersigned parties to this Agreement agree that this Agreement pertains only to Game Wardens, Game Warden Specialists and Game Warden Investigators in the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife.

  • The parties agree that the following contract provisions shall not apply to Game Wardens, Game Warden Specialists and Game Warden Investigators.

  • Game Wardens, Game Warden Specialists and Game Warden Investigators will schedule their hours of work within their respective districts based on operational needs and activity levels.

  • Modification of core hours may be done by agreement with or at the direction of the supervisors of Game Wardens, Game Warden Specialists and Game Warden Investigators.

  • All employees shall be covered by the Public Employees' Retirement System or the Game Wardens Retirement System as provided in state law.
